Pasco Goodwill

Walked into the store. Asked if the was a mask mandate and was told yes. As I look around I see many people with out mask on. I ask why they dont need mask and just basically got told to screw off. Definitely not ok. If you are going to mandate mask make sure its for everyone. Not just certain people.

Store was clean. Got a discount so that made my purchase cheaper AND I did find what I was looking for which makes it even better

It is a goodwill. Some prices are to high there are a few good deals. I made several purchases.

Really disappointing to have to interact with the folks at this store.If they truly hate working for Goodwill choose another job but please stop venting your anger and frustration on us customers.I would hope the donors would think twice More

Lots of really nice stuff. The staff were nice and the store was very busy with lots of shoppers actually buying merchandise. This was really a good store.

They move thru customers fairly fast when there is a line which is appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful usually. Furniture is overpriced usually but most things are decent priced. IMO, all goodwill items could be cheaper considering THEY ARE DONATED But better priced then the Kennewick Goodwill

Good prices. Fairly cleaned nd hand thrift store. It was a little difficult to get thru the aisles when other customers were there. They definitely need a BIGGER building.

The clothing dept is so unorganized.Ive been to other Goodwill stores where they have the size written on the tag, along with the type of clothing in its certain spot.You should be able to find a certain type of shirt separated by not More
