I enjoy Goodwill in general but this location isnt my favorite. Theres this one employee who never opens her mouth to say hello and seems disconnected about being at work. Its always unpleasant if shes at the register so I havent been back to this location

I love this place but they started writing the prices on every single item. Its so frustrating and it never comes out. Theyll have brand new with tags items that has permanent marker on it. Pleaseeeee stop writing on the garment itself

This store is way too small and crowded feeling. It seems like even two people per aisle does not leave enough room to look without bumping into each other. The old Kennewick store was so much better, seemed cleaner and was a lot bigger. I dont know why they built such a small store. Employees were very friendly and helpful.
