The Employees are friendly and happy to help you. The employees always seem to be happy, singing laughing with each other and the customers. Its a good sized store with good turn over. They keep it clean and orderly making it fun to shop.

Larger goodwill. The prices for Goodwill have skyrocketed in the last year or so and I honestly dont see how a lower income individual can afford to shop here.

Who closes at pm Most people just get off work at pm. How are we supposed to return anything

My family loves to thrift and the people here and friendly and this seems to be one of the better thrift stores in the area.
Amanda Korbel
always happy when i leave here they have plenty of helpful employees you are not forced to self check out like at value village
Theresa Vaughn
Take your donations to Value Village instead Its just down the road from the Valley location. I am so tired of how goodwill has gotten so nitpicky with the things they take in and how rude the employees are. They are very unhelpful.

The individual helping take donations right now. Monday September th at pm is incredibly rude and aggressive. If you cant handle the most basic function of the job which is be nice to other humans than they shouldnt be put into that position.

pmWaited to get into a dressing room for quite a while then I saw a couple people coming out of one on the end so I decided to go ahead and use it. Nobody said More

The customer service here is beyond ridiculous they scam you by not clarifying the question youre asking. Basically stole money out of my pockets. Their helpers in the back refused to help me lift an item so I tried it shattered there was no apologies at all.
