It is very frustrating that the drop off is so full of people wanting to donate that you have to keep circling around the block. The locations are over capacity and continue to take donations even though they have no where or no way to More

Waiting to drop off donations and was told to go in a circle and get back in the line because the lot was full. After I moved, they let the person behind me in. I came around and the employee threatened to call the cops because I was next More

Worst experience ever. Severe lack of a plan for how to handle COVID. I wouldnt suggest this location. Driveway only holds about vehicles, and there is only one way in. You cannot block the Main Street so its literally roulette More

Have only had great service here. I understand that theyve been overwhelmed, as so many other donation sites have been, and have needed to minimize hours, etc. Not sure why other people dont understand that. Ive had to come back once More

This is the worst Goodwill drop off site I have ever been to. Staff are unbelievably unhelpful and need to be better trained...especially since Goodwill touts their job training program as a reason for their existence.

Seems like there is an organized work slowdown going on. Very long line of cars. You cant just unload your car quickly and go. They block the line with a pylon. After the car at the head of the line unloads, the rest of the line has to sit an average of minutes before they remove the pylon to allow the next car to go forward.

Double checked online told business updated hours week ago closing on Saturday. Arrived today to find currently closed. Tried calling thinking signage was temp during posted hours, but no answer by a human. Waited a good min with no sign of life. Very discouraging.

Typical experience Stopped at am. There were three cars in line. Two of them were exasperatedly waiting outside their car trying to get someones attention. Employees clearly saw us but just slowly shuffled around doing who knows what More

Line out onto the street and they have only moved one car in minutes. Bring snacks, bring a book.... minutes and counting, nothing happening. I went in and both employees are sitting down looking at their phones. They are on their More
