Goodwill Houston Select Stores

It was crowded and I didnt see very many people wearing face mask inside the store , and yes they did have on a table at the entrance exit door hand sanitizer and mask.

Many items to choose from. Very busy at the time in the evening I went so store was a bit messy but other than that I will definitely go back.

Who ever trains these employees needs to be retrained. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from cashier today.Prices are vague...and change at the register. The manager prices items way too high for donated items.

Staff was so mean for no reason. Same lady was arguing with the customers about prices that were evidently listed on the clothes. So mean that it made the experience negative. I as well as the other customers who were fought will not be coming back because of her.

Not happy at all. This is the first time in a long time that I have shopped at Goodwill and I wont be shopping here again. They sell used items for the same price I can buy new from Walmart. I also thought they hired people that cant get More

They always have great items. The staff is always friendly and available to help and answer any questions. I love coming to this location.

Marking used items for the same or more than what you would pay for it brand new makes zero sense. The lines are always so long at the checkout and some of the workers are pretty rude. Much better second hand stores around here
