Goodwill – Delaware

Love this goodwill. Staff is always friendly.Not a huge fan of goodwills prices but thats not the staffs fault.

Nice and organised. Their shoe prices are outrageous. I get they are name brand but usaed worn out shoes shouldnt be dollars. It is all donated FREE.

Terrible to deal with on the donations side. No manners when receiving free inventory, I felt disrespected. I will not ever donate there again and I will tell all my friends family who donate there to find another place to donate.My experience with other charities were that they were much more polite.

Cant return anything even if its from the other day with recipes....you got have your stickers on. You know some people need them stickers.....you never know...dont know how this policy works.

Goodwill is always overpriced. This is the ONLY thrift store in all of Delaware county, youd think theyd have better merchandise but apparently not. Huge floor space with few racks, overpriced clothes, and zero standards for anything else they accept. Dont waste your time and dont donate here.

Apparently its the customers responsibility to make sure the associate is ringing everything up. They also expect you to call after hours to let them know that they messed up. Horrible phone etiquette and no customer service Mary was the name of the poor customer service given.

You will find little of value here ...anything of real value is put up online and auctioned to the highest bidder. Im revising my review because of the stand up response, but I stand behind my statement that the store experience is truly More
