Goodwill Industries of Eastern NC, Inc. – Wilmington South

I love going to Goodwills whereever I travel. This one is fairly small. This one also was my favorite years ago. Of course their stock changes constantly. I was disappointed on this visit. Nothing of any interest to me.

asked woman at counter to use some hand sanitizer before touching the items i was purchasing because she had just coughed into her hand. She used an empty bottle and pretended to sanitize her hands. disgusting.

Very clean and organized store. Sorted by color not size so you may do a little bit more digging than you usually would in a goodwill but overall great prices and friendly staff though the store could have used some music... awkwardly quiet.

Clothes are organized by color, not size I gave up after going through a whole rack of khakis. Wares were either picked over or pretty sorry, and poorly organized. Prices were average, but they write the prices on the items with a Sharpie Definitely one of the worst Goodwills weve visited.

Overpriced junk Many items have no prices and when you ask about the price, they tell you it has to be reprocessed and they dont know how long it will take. The employees just dont want to be bothered. More

Not a single employee was wearing a mask also as an employee was hanging clothes they fully pushed me out of the way with no hesitation. Just gross and rude

So many people there, you wouldve thought it was a new merchandise store. The young lady working the register is one of the hardest and nicest employees that I know. Next time, Ill get her name.
