Uptown Cheapskate

No rhyme or reason for what they pay for. They dont even bother to look at perfectly fine clothes even with tags attached. Meanwhile the shelves are loaded with junk. Im amazed theyre still in business. Shopper beware

Workers behind counter were rude and loudly mocked clothing customers brought in to sell.
