Pricing can be expensive or somewhere random, but I got a very puffy down ski jacket worth for only . Ive never been cold with it on.

Dropped clothes off to Consign , some new items barely worn. Staff Clearly did Not know their Brands, or Value of clothes They were Not friendly, Rather Rude. I would never Recommend Going there

The pricing is way too high for most of the used items. I saw a dollar price tag on a knit shirt that had the tag half ripped hanging off. The pricing is not competitive for this store. Can go online and save more. Wont be back.

Urban Exchange is a hidden gem in Northampton. A Staff are super friendly and always helpful and go above and beyond. The store also offers and excellent selection of clothing shopping is always organized and the store is easy to navigate. I cannot think of one negative to say. Thank you for being there
