VinylStop is a small, independent, brick and mortar online record store that began in a small basement and continues to grow. I, Jason Jansen, am Sole proprietor of VinylStop and hold high standards for anyone in whom I may employ. I do not tolerate harassment, Intimidation or anything that may make myself or other employees feel threatened. I hold myself and all my employees to very high standards. I am sole proprietor and hold the right to Fire or let go of any employee whom i feel make my company look bad andor I receive negative feedback of any sort. If my employees do ANYTHING to hinder Customer relations, steal merchandise or company money, threatenharass, withhold information, or inhibits normal procedures
