Not worth selling your items there you dont get cash for whats its worth even if its new.Waiting hrs or hrs having to go and come is unsatisfactory my first time there and the last

Good selection, we always find name brand clothes for a great price We have not ever traded anything in there but it seems easy. Spanish is the language of choice there bit some do speak English. The only negative is they dont have a bathroom for the little kids and my son had to go a few stores down just to go to the bathroom.

I frequent the Once Upon a Child stores but this was only my second time at this location. The first time was good. Great customer service and very clean. I walks into today and had to just walk right out. As I walked in I noticed not one More

Store was clean, clothes were organized. Toys were also organized and nicely displayed. I purchased a few toys and clothes but when I got home I looked up most of these items were priced as almost identicalsimilar as online sale items. More

Bad bad bad. The ceilings have mold, the staff is extremely rude, the place is just nasty and falling apart. Literally. Wont be back anymore, honestly rather donate my stuff to goodwill then spend minutes in here only to make .. More

I needed to buy snow bibs last minute. Website states that store hours are pm on Monday. I drove hour to this location and door was locked at pm. Employee said they are short staffed and this week they are closing at pm. Very disappointed.

I do not recommend, look for another store, uneducated, rude employees, for the second time I bring clothes to sell, I was told the first time that I would have to take the clothes in a large plastic box and that they bought until pm, More

I always have an issue when I try to sell at this location. Either the system is down or they are not taking clothes, even when the counter empty. I guess they dont like making money.

Not worth selling here. Took a full bin of quality learning toys and crib accessories because selling individually would take longer and all to get . JUST . Especially when theyre going to turn around and sell one of my items for More

It was okay. The selections for my two children were both very small. Guest service was lacking, the girls there were smiling but not very kind. They limited on what you were able to bring in and trade so I was only able to have them go through like of what I brought. The overall experience was just disappointing.
