Ross is Ross. We dont shop here for the ambiance or the customer service because there is neither, we shop for the deals. Were looking to score to find what we need at a great price

They didnt have any shoes in my size. They didnt have any mens TShirts for adults...not any in XL. I havent been to Ross, Dress for Less in a long time and I plan to go back...in hope of a better experience. I dont like judging any retailers by one visit.

Normally I would shop here, but they were rude to my wife when she tried to return an item. She didnt have a mask with her and they wouldnt let her in, even though the employees were behind plexiglass. They are following an illegal mandate that has been proven to be theater.

Went here last week. One of the few places to go to late night. They open till midnight. However, you cant try on clothes coz they closed the fitting room. They just label it closed for cleaning. So how do you open until midnight with closed fitting room.

Ross was surprisingly still pretty well stocked neat and clean and a pleasure to shop in. The cashiers were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed being there even on such a hectic day.

All the staff are friendly here. They do a good job of enforcing covid guidelines. I accidentally left something behind and staff caught my attention before I left, so I appreciated the extra step I found everything on my random list More
