enhancing lives in our communityThe Salt mine is a Faith Based Charity. Our main charitable activity at this time is to enhance and improve the lives of those in need our community by providing food assistance. We desire that no senior, family, or child who needs food goes hungry in Lincoln or Sheridan California.We have a fully volunteer staffed Food Closet which offers monthly Pantry Boxes, weekly USDA Emergency Food Assistance and three Fresh Food Giveaways each week.Our Thrift Store helps to fund our Food Closet and other programs while also providing the community an affordable option for clothing, furniture and a wide variety of household goods.
