Customer service was awful, waited to pay for my items for minutes. Lady in front of us put her items down and left. Unless the customer service gets better, I dont recommend at all.

Of course the clothes are not real name brands but theyre decent and the prices are good. I like the fashion of a lot of the clothes. This particular store is bigger than some of the other Citi Trends Ive been to and less crowded so I tend to enjoy shopping here.
