I called to donate furniture and they said yes and that they had people to help move it to the floor but when I arrived no one helped move anything and the manager was not helpful at all She was not professional. This was a bad donation experience.

I seen a ceramic teapot that I wanted they were asking . I offered and they said no because it just came out I come in on a regular basis and always donate to the dollar round up Im totally disappointed
