I hate this drop off location. I donate a lot of clothes and furniture but the staff at this drop off are so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ive been five times and have only had a good experience once. Thinking of finding another organization to give donations to.

How do you write a review of a donation center You drive up you give them your stuff and you drive away. I usually dont expect much help therefore Im not disappointed when I dont get it. Be sure you read the fine print dont do like I did, come over here to expect a store duh.

The man who worked the trailer was very friendly and cognizant of current covid guidelines. The location can be a bit tricky to find, and google maps takes you a different direction turn right off of W Campell by the CVS, then take a left and continue towards the pizza hut. Its right by there

The dressing rooms are closed. Nothing can be returned. Kind of defeats the purpose of thrift shopping if I cant return things that dont fit. I lost bucks on there paranoid policy. They can keep their store.
