Unfriendly unwelcoming staff. Customer service sucks.

I love shopping here. The staff is awesome and the merchandise is kept neat and visible. Over the last two years, though, the prices seem to have gone up. I sometimes wonder if they forget they are a thrift store

I agree with the other reviewer. I could buy some fantastic stuff at the Goodwills back in NC at great prices, but the stuff here is WAY over priced. I stop in every now and then to see if its different, but each time I go, I feel like Im More

I found same purse that was in Ross and they had it for . and Good Will price tag was . I went back and got the brand new one. Im an avid shopper and seller for second hand Items but here I found stuff that cost more than it did in the store. Shame on you Goodwill you need someone who is a shopper to adjust your price tags.

Found everything great only thing is it sucks that the sizes are kinda out of order

Horrible customer service, line was long, I asked them to open another register, I was told no. They just lost a frequent customer.

Among resale shops, Goodwill does seem to be a little more expensive but there again it helps people. I also commonly find really nice items for a reasonable price. This last trip I picked up a beautiful thick robe thats green like brush More

All the prices have went up its the most expensive Goodwill in Killeen and surrounding areas they sale used shoes up to and most pair are .nothing priced under . alot of items are priced way over retail price of a new item More
