CommunityWorx Thrift Shop

This thrift store changed a lot after the closing of the store located near Whole Foods. The store is better organized, the merchandise is easier to find and better displayed, better selection too. The prices are reasonable. You never know what treasures you may find.

Spotty selection. Not very neat. Wonderful staff. Ugly mural. Terrible parking.

Im really torn about this place after being accosted by a staff member today. I donate to and shop here all the time, and I love the stuff they have in their store and what they provide for our community. More

CommunityWorx is one of the best thrift stores Ive ever been to. Its incredibly organized without taking away from that treasure hunting thrift store feeling. One of the better thrift stores in the Triangle area and certainly in Chapel HillCarrboro. Proceeds go to a great cause. I primarily like the used books section, especially non fiction although they also have a lot of fiction books. Good More
