It seems not too often anymore that you go in Anywhere here in Columbus and have a good experience let alone a wonderful experience but in this Goodwill they are always so pleasant and the manager is just such a sweetheart I missed her name More

I always have a great time at this place. Lots of selection here.

Staff are polite, good sized store. The floors always have several layers of dirt, my son gets dirtier playing with their toy section than he does at the park. Often shoes end up getting stolen or missing one. The last time I went in the childrens section was a bit more organized than previous times.

Not a bad location. Smelled a little funny inside. Overall pretty clean though. Didnt have anything I was I looking for but was organized well enough to find everything easy

Decent mens pants selection, lots of womens mixed in the mens. No mens t shirts. Small housewares section.

Have been visiting this place for the past years, I never had a problem with its customer service personal until they hired this new kid yo who claims to be their manager. He is incompetent and rude, definitely places a bad shadow on the company branch.

I went to this location i left the store at about pm. A young women with dark, red short hair was on her phone almost the entire time i was checking out. She said she was trying to figure out something to eat she was doing this as i was checking out. If i ever did this at my job i would have been fired
