Normally enjoy this location. Havent been to sell clothing in about or so months. Went at pm and was told it was too late in the day because they close at pm. When asked if I could just drop off and come back tomorrow that Im in no rush the lady told me no I can go to a different location. Sad.

At both visits, two different employees both said they were Managers were very rude and unprofessional. Being understaffed which is what they told me is no excuse. Would prefer to give zero stars. The company needs new management and a higher standard of customer service training.
