Whoever the manager is now, is Horrible She was yelling at an employee across the store and paused to give the girl a long dirty look before acknowledging me there for an appointment. She was rude last week when I stopped in and even more so today. Just a wicked mean person.

A joke of a store. They have trash inventory in their store but didnt buy half of my things that were brand newworn once because of the condition. Offered a laughable price for the items they did decide to buy. No wonder they are owned by Platos closet if that tells you anything. Whoever does the buying needs replaced.

I used to love this place. However, over the past couple years I have noticed the prices continue to go up, sometimes so high I could just go buy the clothing new. Im guessing that is why the inventory sits on the shelf so long. I keep seeing the same clothes.
