Anyone who really knows me is aware that this is my favorite store. I always find unique pieces and everyone who works there are friendly, helpful professional.

First off, the store smells great The clothing selection is fabulous. Everything is gently used, but the clothes are in such good condition, you cant even tell. And the prices are beyond fair. Also, the staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Absolutely terrible experience. Took in brand new Chico clothes and new purses and they refused. All items were much nicer than anything on their racks. Will never return and will discourage all from supporting this business. Can do better by buying sale items from upscale stores.
