Goodwill Industries of Eastern NC – New Bern

Found the suitcases I was looking for..they have nice childrens clothes. But if you are a person who loves freedom of choice on the whole mask thing..I wouldnt shop there..I went once and never will again.

Overall, I enjoy shopping there. Sometimes prices are too high on donated items but it has gotten a lot better lately. Service isnt that great all the time but it appears to be a demanding and stressful job. I will continue shopping there.

Bought a pair of headphones for .. They dont charge at allNO REFUNDS. I think its wrong that returns are excepted at other locations but not this one. This is by far the worst Goodwill Ive ever been to. Walmart and Target brands galore at top prices.

Do not shop or donate to Goodwill. They are an unethical business. Instead, go to local thrift shops who donate of their proceeds. More
