Once Upon A Child

Had a great experience shopping. Lots of name brand excellent condition clothing and employees were friendly. I bought lots of adorable outfits for my grandbabies and definitely will be back. They have a point system so my next purchase I will get off.

Really enjoy this location Staff is much more friendly than the concord location It also seems to have more shopping space and doesnt seem as clustered which makes it a more relaxed shopping experience. Did I mention its also way cleaner than the Concord location Ill continue to do my shopping and selling at this one

do not buy in that store the customer service is very bad and when you want to sell your items they pay them very cheap and they sell them more expensive this store should not exist they are disastrous and rude

I enjoy this store. Great prices on clothes, shoes, toys, strollers, anything for children. Most items are gently used and you find new items with original tags also at great discount prices.

Friendly staff, Just wish store was a little more orderly too much in a small space. Great selection

If you go to buy shoes then you may want to pack a lunch. Probably half of all the shoes in each container are the wrong sizes. I feel sorry for you if you have OCD because your head will explode from their lack of organization.

Ms.Diane, the owner, is very rude and nasty.Manager is learning from her because she too, has a terrible attitude. Ms.Diane does not know how to run a business, she has no respect for her customers .Im telling ya Very bad business More
