Rudest customer service ever. My baby was coughing cause of all the dust and when we went to the counter to check out the cashier walked away from the till so I walked out of the store.

Horrible experience, so they advertised a sale.Sign said Buy any pants,skirts, shorts,get any top for a penny.NOPE,THEY WOULDNT HONOR THEIR OWN SIGNFalse advertising and even when I pointed out the sign they refused to honor itIts awful when a business that receives FREE donations,lies to the public and isnt held accountable

BSW is a great place to shop. The staff are always helpful and fun, for sure. I like the prices, which are very reasonable, and the array of items keep you wandering the aisles for quite awhile You can always rest on the many couches for sale displayed on the floor. Thank you BSW.

Nice improvement. Always love going there. At least they are not greedy like Goodwill and offer reasonable prices for their donated merchandise. The remodel was a great addition.
