Its not bad. You can find some pretty good merchandise for cheap prices. I will state that some of the employees dont do their jobs. If theres no pricetag on the item that you want, they cant sell it. They dont always check their products, so do they about their jobs

We love good will The clothes are organized perfectly, color coated and also by size Our family shops at good will at least once a month. We always have a great experience and we always leave with our cart full at GOOD WILL. WHOEVER SAYS people who shop here are poor obviously doesnt like good deals.. Haters.
