First time visiting HIPS. A very nice clean store. Prices were fair. A huge selection of clothes. There was only one sales associate working. She was friendly and working effectively. Too many great things to say about HIPS Everyone there is so nice helpful. And the clothes,purses,shoes, accessories are beautiful. I have purchased a blouse that was brand new with the tag on it before. If you are on the fence about visiting, get off the fence. You will not regret it.
