I placed an order with them through Abebooks on . Never received an order confirmation email and until I emailed them, they sent a tracking number that has not been updated since STILL in Benton Harbor Terrible.

I placed an order through Amazon that was serviced by this company. Never received the books. The day I was supposed to receive the books, i got an email saying my order had been cancelled. Sent an email to ask why and never heard back from them. Will never order from them again. August

Book store is very easy to do business with great prices and communication. They answered all of my questions when I called about my order. The only minor issue is I never received the email when my audio books were shipped with a tracking number. However they were received in the specified time as promised by Lakeside Books.

They do not respond to emails through Abe Books or through their Admin email account which they tell you to email with questions. Wanted to buy books from them and would have been nice to buy locally, but back to Amazon where at least if there is an issue you can reach someone.
