Goodwill Store: Brewer

This will be a covid hot spot. Stay away if your remotely concerned. Some of the employees interact with hundreds of customers a day and a few will do so without a mask. The customers are rude and simply do not care either. The environment promotes this type of disregard for the pandemic

People refuse to wear a mask in this store and the lack of enforcement is quite disconcerting. Some of the employees speak to customers without a mask on and break the ft social distancing etiquette. I tried to mention the mask to one of More

Very poor customer service in making donations.Rude, untrained staff with poor customer service skills. I wont donate again. Trash receptacle is much less aggravation.

Store is very clean and organized. I easily found what I was looking for. They continue to restock all day long so you never know what treasures you will find.

Although smaller in comparison to Bangor, the Brewer location is hands down my first choice in thrifting

Havent found a lot of items at this particular location but the store seems to be well run, organized and the workers are helpfulpolite. I have issues with overall business concept, but I dont think I need to go into that here, maybe in longer review at another site.
