Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store

I always have a pleasant experience whenever I go into this retail store. Everything is always organized I always find what I need although they are short staffed their service is still fast. And they are very friendly. Never had a rough moment with any with any bad customer service. Thx yall

Its a pretty good place to shop but the return policy is ridiculous, its just a way that they dont lose money. They dont do cash refunds so I would be careful with what you buy because you wont be getting your money back.

The general manager had the nastiest attitude ever I called to get general information about the facility and she screamed at me like an animal. I was very disappointed. I guess theyll hire anyone these days . GET NEW MANAGEMENT WITH EXPERIENCE SOON. thank you.

I have found jeans here and bags and dresses fir summer and church. The people who work here are the nices even during busy times they are amazing and super sweet at check out

Clothing were in great condition and a lot of shoppers loaded up on the special color tag additional off discount that was announced during my visit. Excitement and throngs kept rolling in.
