I only donate there each time I have gone to store its closing or closed. I do agree the staff is a bit rude I realize they are volunteers but you dont have to be rude. Please update your hours of operation on your website.

Most of the ladies are rude, arrogant and not because they are volunteer you need to be nasty They talk among eachother when you put a complaint they are not professionalThey need Jesus, because they are hungry to take things home Embarrassing when you hear them fighting because someone that works there took their item

Ive been shopping here since early s. Obviously prices have increased as every else but one can find great items in good condition. Staff is set in their ways because they are old, but friendly if given a chance.

Nice selection, but tend to be bit pricey. They dont even bother to wipe off shoes and boots as some can have dirt, mud and no telling what else on them. Employee said to just take home and wipe off some customer service I must say.
