Used free clothing and items, you can get food once a month. The food is pretty good that they give out. You can also get house hold items and diapers

If you have a donation these are one of the few that are very good dont ask much questions just try to help out the most they can Salvation Army is ridiculous youd be better off yard selling your items and just giving them the cash to use as they wish most of it will go in their pocket Im sure
