Never had any problems here. They are nice and friendly.Always can find a good deal here too.

If i could give zero I would. The staff is extremely rude. Prices are outrageously higher than most stores. They discriminate against people and dont care about customer needs. Do not shop at this goodwill.

Loved it. I used to go to the one in Hoffman estates management change they raised prises I was desperate to find another Goodwill with the prices I can afford so I went to Elgin Goodwill. Im very happy with their prices service greetings and atmosphere

This is the worst store I have ever been to. The cashier was very rude to me. I am very disappointed in this store.

My friend got fired for the dumbest reason all because of a snitch. Never shopping there again they all lack respect.

They treated me horrible and refused me service and tried to make me purchase a mask to shop at their store. Then continued to harass me and get other customers involved. Angelica so called manager allowed a employee threatening to physically ASSULTswear and yell at a customer over a mask and didnt give out the name of the employee Has been reported to Epd and whats happening in Elgin and Corporate. The customer had a baby and toddler may i add.

This store has gone to trash. Unless youre donating solid gold, theyll turn it away. Any donation they DO accept theyll ship to a distribution center to put on eBay and their own website. So much for helping the community and less More
