Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Manager straight up told me I wasnt making sense for just asking a simple question. I had to raised my tone of voice when this lady started down talking me like if I was a kid. I wont step a foot inside this goodwill again worst experience ever.

Much better Customer friendly environment in this Goodwill location than many others that I have visited before, still a lot of training to do on their employees particularly on those doesnt speak English how to treat and help Customers with respect and care.

I sometimes find nice things at this location but, checking out is such a problem They are so slow it takes over half an hour to check out. To the point where I see people waiting in line leaving their stuff right there and walking out.
