Visited Saturday at pm. Huge selection of goods...UNORGANIZED So unorganized that I couldnt even shop the racks, I had to just leave. This store has great potential, but its obvious this store retail team is broken. Pray they get strong leadership soon

Dont bother scheduling a furniture pickup. They want new, unused furniture to sell. I would be nice if they said that in the description. I waited weeks for them to come out and say they would take none of my furniture. Now I have to find someone else to take my furniture I no longer want.

I donated a lot of clothes off at Salvation Army on Dixwell Ave. Hamden. I was very disappointed in their acceptance of my donation, I was told to throw them in a basket in front of the store. Hopefully it wont rain before someone feels like taking them inside. I will donate to goodwill going forward.
