Staff unfriendly. Store small. Prices high for a thrift store.Pretty well organized.

Insanely expensive for a thrift store. Went in there today and they had a used, bare bones, basic futon, the type youd buy at Walmart for new and use for a school year in a college dorm before you threw it a dumpster somewhere, priced at . Laughed my way out the door.

Parking near the east end of San Rafael anywhere near th St is a bit of a pain or Id come here more often. Hidden gems in this little thrift shop and it supports Hospice care which is a great cause. I always walk away with something, just to contribute.

This place is great nice things clothes, shoes, jewelry, dishes, knickknacks. I work across the street and always find something when I stop by. Even though they are the competition its a must if u are in the area.

The management of this place discriminates against young people, and hispanics. She glared at me the whole time I was shopping, and even after I spent over at the counter she wouldnt discount a worn out belt I wanted. This is a bad business practice. Skip this place, Goodwill is just across the street

I have been shopping here for years, I find the staff friendly and helpful. I also love the idea of the money going to Hospice, and as a year survivor of Breast Cancer. I didnt need them, but have seen them take the best care of friends with cancer.

I had previously rated this place one star due to what I felt was an unwelcoming atmosphere, but I feel it deserves an upgrade I decided to give it another go two or three times in the past few months, and the staff have been pleasant and More

Very disorganized. Was told by phone I could drop off books between am and pm with no restrictions. When I did the next day they said they were full and of books in my trunk the lady chose maybe a dozen. Very picky and no gratitude shown. Probably volunteerstaffed, I guess you get what you pay for.

Quality stock and I find something I need on every visit. Cant understand complaints about high prices. Goodwill is comparable and salvation army is higher, but neither of those have the quality if goods. Its a good thing traffic and parking dissuade me from too many trips or Id be bringing stuff home every other day.

This is a very clean, well run, well kept thrift store for a good cause. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the employees and the merchandise offerings. Changing discounts offerings keep me checking in regularly. Examples in More
