Well organized and nice selection of actual used items not too much new stuff over priced.

Goodwill charges way to much for their items and clothing. You can go to Walmart and get brand new. The store was filthy and a mess.

I love goodwill. But since they remodeled the Vienna, wv store it is harder to look at things. Everything is piled up on top of things in the baskets so u have to touch everything to see what is in the baskets. And if you happen to be short well just forget it. The staff has always been great

The only good thing was the purse I bought. Clothes were nasty dirty with holes, also clothes on the floor in isles and nobody picking them up and putting them back on hangers. Several employees standing around making fun of another employee while lady running register with a line to the back of the store. She had no help

Why would you sort clothes in a thrift store by color If I had to guess, probably of your customers jusy get frustrated and leave. Sales would go up tremendously if you sorted them by stylesize.

Very strong air freshener nasty for anyone with asthma. Clothing in rows by color, not size. No one wants to search through all the clothing to find one size.
