They regularly tag swap. Dont expect to get anything half off. I have watched items numerous times trying to get it on the correct color day, but when I come back the tag is a different color. Have been a VV customer for most of my life, but never going again.

Aisles are nicely spaced and clean. Everything is welldisplayed. The checkout clerk was very friendly and professional. And I got the nice sconces there.

Its an ok place. More different than the last times I have visited. They recently installed a self checkout, but Im somewhat not happy because theres more card registers than cash. Im hoping that they change this the next time I come, but Im sure they wont.

Better make sure those clothes fit They removed their dressing rooms and they dont allow returns or store credit. Instead, they use an exchange policy to which you pick out other items in the x change for your original picks. More

It is a roll of the dice whether this store will be open or not, during posted hours of operation. I go to multiple Value Village locations in a day and the Puyallup location is by far the worst when it comes to customers service. I have More

Went in looking for a bike helmet for my daughter. No luck. Wound up grabbing a couple of small things on the way to the front of the store. Its self check out only. At least four of the six check out machines were not working. The More

They have colored tags on sale for a week then they change the color I got these fabulous boots for . and thats a good deal although some of their prices are outrageous for used clothes and I feel if its used clothing it should be or less unless its got a store tag still on it

This is my favorite thrift store. We have found many valuable items for example an ASUS gaming laptop for . that retails for . that was a good find.
