The employees are very kind, and have even gone out of theyre way to help Me find what Im looking for in the store, taking the time help a frequent customer. Although prices can be hi sometimes, everything is usually clean and hole free, as well as the store being presentable

Great staff, friendly but not overbearingly so. Store is well run and organized, amazing selection at a reasonable price and they prioritize COVID safety measures. My most recent trip to Value Village was last week, the cashier Nichole, was super kind and had an awesome witch hat for festivities. Keep up the good work guys
