Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store

The rudest costumer service Ive ever experienced through the donation drive through. Decided to find another place to donate the rest of my items. Will not be returning.

This store has such great options Vintage finds, designer finds, and kitchen items are great My only issue is they always have a million people outside in the donation area and only like two people at the register, so you end up standing in line for mins. But aside from that I love the store and their selection.

They took everything. Hence two stars instead of one. Would not have hurt them to say thank you.

Very nice, clean Goodwill location Always worth stopping in when you have free time

This location should not be a donation site or at least allow for walk up in another area of the lot, even to exit the building you have to wait in line like youre donating because theres no traffic glow. We regularly donate at goodwill but will plan to go to another location moving forward.
