The gentleman who worked here before was delightful but now its like theyre annoyed youre dropping stuff off. Will find new outlet for giving things away.

Elderly man who receives donations is unhelpful and rude every time I go. Ill donate somewhere else so I dont have to deal with him.

Older guy that works there is very rude , he will yell at you, and he is not helpful at all. He does not help and expects you to take every item out and sort it. This is a drop off donation center. You think he would be nicer considering More

I used this location for the first time to drop off a few boxes. I saw the self service sign, but no carts were out for unloading. The employee inside, an older man, saw me but refused to come up front so I just started moving the boxes More

The man helping was so nice. He has a bad back and cant bend over. He does what he can to assist, so be patient He wants to help you.
