Twice I went and they werent accepting clothes. I shouldve called first. Employee very rude every trip. Quick turnaround from the buyer. She wanted NOTHING. Nice, gently used clothes and a brand new Dooney Bourke bag. Im glad this place exists but Id really like to know what the guidelines are for their buyer.
