This store is always so organized and i love the environment the employees give which makes me feel welcome. All employees are great but Jennifer always exceeds my expectations. Shes so attentive and so nice. Hopefully it can always be like this.

I have been going to this pawn shop for years now around years i have been going here either to buy stuff or to pawn, they will definitely try to help you out as much as they can, and when it comes to buying stuff you can even haggle the price if you think its too high. The staff is always friendly and they treat you right

They are cool. The young petite woman helped me out. She was so awesome Got what I needed and went out of her way to help. Cant say much for the male workers there. Sorry but they are not very helpful. Didnt acknowledge me at all.

Have a good experience Everytime I come in. Like to say Jon is a highly motivated person and is a great worker. The same with the manager Rachel always willing to help and is always on top of everything. Knows me by name I like that all her workers actually remember. That is a good quality her team is always a pleasure to see.

Tries to sell you really used products for the same price as a new one and I dont like that you dont get cash when you return something, they just want you to spend more money on things with that

The Customer service at this location was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were a satisfied. Jennifer and Mary, Along with the other woman whom were ever so helpful really know how to make customers want to return Great time Great finds And I loved speaking Spanish with those amazing ladies
