Goodwill Store & Donation Center

I deleted my scathing review and am changing my stars bc I spoke on the phone with store manager Pam and she ABSOLUTELY exemplifies what great customer service is all about and the spirit of Goodwill. She turned my impression of the stores donation policy and my day around. She deserves a raise

Store allegedly closes at PM. Lights off and everything so even if youre minutes before closing time youll be stopped at the sliding doors by a not very nice man. Hours need to be updated to close at PM. Was just looking for a specific item for a project and was not let in. Misleading the customer.

The Google photos seem to be older.. the store was pretty dirty and not very organized. Possibly because of after Christmas. Hope to see the store more organized and stocked in a few weeks.
