Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries

I like shopping at Goodwill, I am always finding good bargains and unique items. And now that it seems the store is a little more organized it makes the experience even better.

Leaving this review as I am leaving the store the general manager here yelled at the only employee trying to help me. Would give stars if I could for how she treated her. Was constantly harassing this employee as she was trying to do her job.

Horrible customer service. I work at goodwill in San Antonio. Sad to say this place need more training.

Nice staff, but store is expensive for a goodwill. Whoever is in charge of pricing is charging premium price for items that should go for a buck or two. Not very many good finds.

Awesome the store has great prices. This is the for someone to start a new life,and a new job.

This Goodwill has good items for fair prices. I got a set of bamboo sheets for Bamboo sheets can easily go over . They also have a lot of Halloween items and costumes for a much better deal than Halloween and party supply stores. My only issue is the lack of t shirts in supply.
