Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee

This Goodwill is very big. It is also very clean. The houseware items were kind of scattered all over the shelves, but thats really the only complaint I could give them. The workers were very friendly, and they even have a loyalty program Would definitely go here again.

Friendly staff and good sales. The regular prices are a bit high on some items but with tag color half off and another cents you can find some good deals. My kids spilled a drink in the store today and the man working the area was super nice about it.

Disappointed with Goodwill. They are no longer honoring the off everything on the first Saturday of the month due to the pandemic. Isnt this when we need the discount the most Wow Goodwill Way to help out the little guys.

This is one of my favorite goodwill to shop at BUT some of the employees are the worst, rude, disrespectful and down right mean, Ive been shopping at the Smyrna goodwill for years now and the last years have been horrible More

Lots of empty shelves not much to choose from wont go back

Lets start with Manager outside smoking. I go to open restroom door. employees gossiping. Continued on sells floor gossiping. Not doing anything. The only employees I ever see working. Are African American employees. Female and Male More

Had to wait forever to pick up three pieces of furniture. I know everyone is short handed but the lady in back could have helped instead of moving stuff around.

Always find good deals. Have to stop by often to check out latest items.

This place has really gone down in quality and service. This place use to be filled with items and well priced. Since they had multiple changes of management it has just gone down in all areas. The prices here are ridiculous. There items More
