Low star rating because staff would not except our off coupon which we received from Goodwill for making a donation. Cashier called manager and both gals stated they do not except any couponsdiscounts...even though Goodwill gives out the coupons as a gift for donating to them once you try to use the voucher it is not honored.

The selection was not very good. The employees were very stand offish. The goodwill in bartlett is way better.

Good selection. Its not crowded or too messy. My last visit was on a Sunday during a half off sale. I got a lot of great deals without having to fight with unruly shoppers or dig thru piles of unorganized items. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
