I give stars because this store is understaffed also the dressing room isnt open you cant try on clothes and see if they fit or not

This location had one register open and it took minutes to check out. I needed a new pair of pants for work or I would have left. The should install self checkouts or at least have registers open, there were other employees there but not helping customers.

Have person to check you out. People come in and let their children pull clothes off of racks and dont pick them up. Parents teach your kids to keep their hands off merchandise.Their children runs thru the store like its a playground.

I like Ross a lot. I found great dresses at times in good price. But not every time. year I found a very good collection and I purchased lot. But later ..not much to buy. I still visit twice in month to see if collection is updated.
