Triad Goodwill Store & Donation Center

Great store, Neat finds. Very clean. Best decorated good will Ive ever been too, and I go to alot.

We went to this Goodwill today to look for a suitcase and there was a group of people trying on shoes near the luggage area. None of the six in this group were wearing masks, and when we told the sales clerkcashier about it, we noticed that she was wearing her masks under her nose We left immediately.

Lousy customer service. Made a purchase of furniture pieces. Very little assist. Loaded into my car alone. Have never been treated this way at any other Goodwill...Danville, Durham, Greensboro, or other Burlington, Graham and Mebane stores.i will not be returning to the S. Church location.

Large store with great selection of clothes and furniture.

I really enjoy this Goodwill, as most things are well stocked omitting the glassware and home goods. However, there is one exception and that is Wanda. She is rude, unpersonable, and always has a bad attitude. She should be nowhere near the public. All other staff has been nothing but nice and welcoming.
