I found the perfect tile that I needed for a project, however they wouldnt let me purchase it unless I bought an entire pallet of mis match tiles for . I only wanted the stack of one particular tiles and would have paid dollars for them but they would not negotiate so I left without them.

I purchased a refrigerator that unfortunately went out not long after purchasing. They did their best to help replace the fridge , which did work at first , so it wasnt sold with a shortage known but ultimately refunded because the replacement didnt work out. Amazing customer service
